What is ROMO?
Sausage Stables is home to America's #1 smooth Dachshund stud dog for 2004, 2005

This means that Phoenix has sired the most champion get (puppies) in 2004 of any other
smooth dachshund stud dog. The ROMO is a permanent honorary title given by the Dachshund
Club of America meaning Phoenix has proven to be an exceptional producer of outstanding quality.
To qualify for Register of Merit Outstanding
(ROMO,) the highest stud dog title that
can be earned by DCA, the dog must have produced at least 20 offspring
who have become AKC champions, 4 of whom must have an extra "qualitative" requirements.
Phoenix has over 20 get with these qualitative requirements!
Phoenix's get are a tribute to his breeder, his owner/manager
and all his wonderful puppy owners who helped make Phoenix the phenomenon he is.
